AGVs & SMPTs for shipbuilding
DTA has designed and manufactured different solutions in self-propelled and agv´s for the ship building industry, in fact our first references of transport systems to move blocks come from this sector. The solutions go through self-propelled and agvs. Biggest loads always come from this industry on which blocks moved form DTA were up to 1000 tons through 4x synchronized transporters of 250 tons each.
They are robust solutions with all kinds of protection for a rusty environment. In addition to self-propelled solutions, we are also automating panel lines to move steel sheets or any other load.
